September 3, 2002, Consolidated Freightways Corporation of Delaware
("CF") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter
11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C 101 et.seq in
the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California,
Riverside Division. On November 22, 2004 the Plan of Liquidation
was approved by the bankruptcy court and, pursuant thereto, on December
13, 2004 The CFC Trust was established as the liquidation trust
for CF and affiliated debtors. |
